Today is Mariah's 9th birthday! Happy Birthday to my little girl and all her siblings (wherever they may be)!
What's better than a fun flyball tournament for a birthday weekend?! Mariah loves flyball, so it was nice to be able to run in the annual Showdown at Hole-in-the-Wall tournament in Laramie, WY. Our team ran great all weekend! We picked up over 1000 pts and took 1st place both days! I guess the big dogs decided to run nice and fast so Mariah could get the blue ribbons. They also decided to help her get the 950 pts that she needed for her FGDCH-40K (40,000 pts)! She's been racing for a long time as a height dog and we never thought we would get this far. Thanks to all the dogs/handlers who have raced with her over the years! She's not ready to retire just yet, but hopefully she can start sharing time as a height dog.
